    Hi,

I was creating a new SQL database and clicked the generate button to have cPanel make up a password. I selected it to just use letters and numbers (as I have had some programs not work when symbols are used, esp for FTP accounts). I set it to use 18 characters instead of the default of 12.

The dialog box showed only 17 of the 18 characters. I could copy/paste the whole 18 though.

Was this a MySQL database user you were creating or a PostgreSQL database user?

This is a bug. I've reported it to our UI department for correction. Thank you for the report.

    UPDATE:

This is now fixed and will be included in cPanel 11.25.1

    Thank you for the report.
