Show / edit Reserved ips Error

For some reason when i go to Show/Edit Reserved IPS there is nothen in there and i have over 45 ips on this sytem. This is all it says when i click the button

Any ip address you check off here will not be used to setup accounts

Ip Reason for Reserving (optional)
SAVE


Nothen else is in there

Yes I have. Didnt work

Do you see anything in /etc/ipaddrpool?

I have the same problem, and I see all my ips listed in /etc/ipaddrpool

HI, using WHM 9.7.2 and get same results .

IP addresses show up when I "show ip address usage".

After "rebuild the ip address pool" there was an /etc/ipaddrpool which showed all ip addresses.

Still no list shows up when I "show/edit reserved ips".

Is there any work fix or around?

See the amount of time we have been waiting for answers with no response? lol seems like the makers of cPanel don't want to have to fix this if its a problem which it seems it is ;-)
just my thoughts.

Fixed it. I had to add the ips in Cpanel again and then drop to ssh

/scripts/updatenow

possible workaround

I found and hand edited the following two files:

cat /etc/reservedips
1.2.3.4
1.2.3.5
cat /etc/reservedipreasons
1.2.3.4=Mail Server
1.2.3.5=Name Server

Seemed to work but then I decided to move to a new server and the new server with the same version of WHM did not show the problem so I didn't get much chance to test the work around.
