showing error while activating licence..!

Hi ,

today i got a server from wholesaleinternet , with cpanel licence ,, i installed cpanel manually using the guide at Step 6: Install cPanel & WHM (or cPanel DNSONLY)


but the problem is while am activating the licence it shows an error ... for /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

The exact message was: This machine does not qualify for a virtual/vps license. A full license is required for this machine. (204.12.225.154)!

my host said they already activated licence and given checking url License Verification - cPanel Inc.



please tell me what i do ?

The error message indicates a VPS license was purchased for this IP address, but that cPanel detects a dedicated server environment. Please contact your provider if you purchased the license from them so they can address this issue.
