I have had my email hosted externally on Fastmail, but wiht recent failures I'd like to bring it in-house. Has anyone implemented Sieve or a similar user-friendly, highly-effective spam filter under CPanel/WHM? Or just under CentOS/RH?

Addition: OK, I did just read about Sieve under Exim, but that doesn't work all that well for me because I want to challenge/response some e-mails (those which look like spam but *might* not be) as well as deleting about 600/day. Any ideas?
