SIM Saying Network offline?

    Hi, just wondering if someone could help me out cause a dnt know what it means,

    thankss

    System integrity monitor on server1.domain.com has taken action in responce
    to an event. Recent event logs are enclosed below for your inspection. There has
    been 44 events today, if an average of 8 events is reached, e-mail alerts will
    be terminated for the duration of the day.

    - Events Summary:

    FTP [restart failed - 1 events]
    HTTP [online - 0 events]
    DNS [online - 0 events]

    LOAD [1.17 - status good - 0 events]
    NETWORK [true - restarted - 11 events]

    There is a known problem with NETWORK.

    Just turn it off in SIM config.

    by leavin it on would it restart the server? or wil it do nuttin?

    No it wont restart the server.. It however will cause problems.

    If I were you id be turning that function off and then running

    #sim -c
    #sim -s

    To make sure

    whats the command again to edit the config file or where is it stored lol

    Hello,

    locate the file conf.sim. Normal path of conf.sim is /usr/local/sim/conf.sim
    You can get help from this command sim -h. You can use vi or pico to edit that file.
