How do you get a simple form with 7 questions to work on a website on cPanel?

This line of code is useless

ACTION="http://web.mit.edu/bin/cgiecho/wwwdev/cgiemail/questions3.txt">

My server is obviously not on mit.edu

There is no file in the cgi bin called questions3.txt so I put a blank txt file called questions7 (as there are 7 questions.

No one seems to be able to make a simple form work.

wtf?

You do not need to do anything special for a form to work on cPanel. It would be helpful if you could post the actual code involved (remove e-mail addresses) so we can see what you are trying to do.

Since there is nothing special about forms on cPanel, you may also get better results asking on a forum that specializes in site development.
