Maybe there is a feature somewhere at tweak settings which I have not seen...

I tried to mark on that: "Send passwords in plaintext over email when creating a new acccount. Enabling this option is a security risk."

But when creating new accounts, no email is sended at all.... I have watched exim_mainlog but nothing at all.... no email received by me when testing.

How could I activate sending "welcome" email with password when creating a new account from WHM??

    Thanks.

There is no 'welcome' email sent.
If your server contact email is correct and you get other misc alerts and emails from your server, you should get an email with the new account details.
That option changes whether that email shows the password or not.

I am sorry.. I thought it was an email sended to the final user, not to me as the server admin.
