simple url redirection

Hi

I need to redirect a single url to another url, and dont know how to do it.

1st url:
http://www.firstdomain.com/index.php?option=com_obrss&task=feed&id=1

2nd url:
http://www.seconddomain.com/index.html

So, how do I make a redirection?
I tried cPanel > Domains > Redirects
but its not working for me.

Do I have to make a subdomain first, if I want to make it work?

You may want to consider implementing a third-party plugin with Joomla (looks like that's what you are using) that redirects particular pages within the script to another URL. I found the following on the Joomla extension catalog:

No, its not Joomla. It was, but I migrated to Wordpress. But the real problem was with caching the html file which hosted the problematic url (which was the html based rss feed).
So, I moved the html file to another folder and renamed it and made htaccess redirection.
So, problem is solved.
