Hola!

Hello! About 6 hours ago, a customer opened a ticket saying that he was not loading the website and CPanel. And so, they did not carry both and even WHM. I contacted the staff who provided the server and informed me that the VPS had gone off !, something definitely weird because it is a production service and there was no scheduled maintenance. In recent months, this vendor has significantly reduced its reputation, caused by silly mistakes of an inexperienced staff and by absurd security policies of the company, so I have decided to migrate to another once solved this problem.
Unfortunately I do not have SSH access, since I disabled it because I never used it and I did not want to expose myself to risks. When I get access to the terminal, I turn on the VPS and try to enter my credentials, but ... error! No access!
I also do not have access to the WHM web interface, since the pages do not load. Something happened but I still can not know what.
My query would be: if I change the centos root password, it will not generate conflict with CPanel?
