Hi boys,
someone of you uses a "Site Builder Wizard"? Which you have chosen? Install easy with cPanel? It's possible translate the menu in other languages?

I'm actually very intersted in knowing this as well. Don't really need language support, but I'd like to know what you guys are using and how to get it installed.

Thanks - rYno

well i can't speak for him, but i'm on redhat 9 i686 with cPanel 9.7.7-R15

It would be nice to have something that's automatically included and can be turned on from their cpanel if they want to build thier own site through the webbuilder... kinda like what 1and1.com or yahoo.com or any large host has...

thnx

SiteStudio is one of the better ones so far and have found it to work fairly well. There are though issues with certain features that do cause headaches, especially for the contact form and anything e-mail related. You have to set a global SMTP server which we all know would mean relaying.

Is there a workaround for the SMTP issue?

This would be a HUGE addon for cpanel to implement....being able to offer a site builder system would make us able to compete much better with some of the bigger hosts.
Especially since market will be fueled by a lot of slower adopters of technology over the next few years who know only that they need a website for their business, but have no clue how to get one. Hosting, and easy site creator all in one will help to bring in many sales to that segment of the market.

You might consider checking out our Site Builder called siteZen. It is quite affordable and comes in an entry level and advanced version.
