Site doesn't work over 4g and 3g sporadically

Weirdest issue I have ever seen, but one domain on my server doesn't work over 4g and 3g sometimes. If you turn on the WiFi; it'll work. I've had reports that it may affect some computers too, but it's primarily 4g/3g.

Every other domain on the server will still work during this time.

The only difference between the other domains and this one is that this domain has a SSL certificate installed while the others do not. Because that is the only difference, I assume there might be an issue there. I have already tried switching SSL companies. The SSL is installed as nobody, so they all have the same IP.

Already checked the DNS records and they are the same as others.

Any ideas?

Hello :)

Are you using a mobile browser to access the website? If so, have you tried using an alternate browser (e.g. Firefox) to see if the issue persists?
