Site extremely slow; whm/cpanel/ping/traceroute just fine

I have a site that is loading extremely slow. Interestingly enough, I can access WHM / Cpanel just fine. I am also about to ping and traceroute without any dropped packets. The load on the server is less than .10. The resolver is correct and I rebooted the server and recompiled apache with no avail. Would anyone happen to know how I should go about to find what is causing the problem?

It should be a bad script OR the sql query which is taking time to pull the contents from the database. You can use

watch mysqladmin pr

to watch the time the sql queries take to execute while you browse the website.

Sometimes if the site is trying to fetch data from other places outside your server using ports that are blocked by your firewall, the site will wait until it times out then serve the page.

There may be other factors, but this could be one of them.
