Am having issues installing both WHMCS & WordPress through Site Software


Code: 
Error: The system could not create the database user: (XID 12345) The request failed. (Error ID 12345)
Error: The installation failed with the above errors.
Any solution ?

This isn't enough to go off of and provide you a solution, what is noted in the following error logs at the same time?

Code: 
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

/var/lib/mysql/hostname.err
