    Greetings, All

I'm having an issue w/ my sitebuilders being UNable to upload to my server. They sent me the following message:

When we connect to FTP it connects but it does not allow us to upload files - whether it shows "404 Not Found error" or "file already exists error" if files are uploaded with unique names.

How might I go about fixing this, I have a pretty good server but the setup is kicking my butt.

Any help would be very appreciated.

    sincerely,

    -Daniel T

for the "file already exists part"

    1. are you sure it's referring the the file that's being uploaded?
    2. are you sure that the file is being uploaded to a unique directory?

as far as I know, yes. I'ts the first time the material is being uploaded so it makes sense that it is.

Are they using a FTP client (not a web browser)?
