Just after 11.34.0.6 was installed one of my clients notified me that he was getting a bounce notice from earthlink.
The notice cited the server's root URL instead of the client's unique URL.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Thank you
    Reg

When you say 'root url', are you referring to something that looks like this:

    http://yourservername/~username/...

    ?

If this is the case, disabling UserDir in the security section of WHM should prevent users from accessing their sites this way.

Whats the exact error message and the url ? It would be helpful if you could provide the bounce message.

    Cheers!!!
