My clients have started complaining that the main CPanel page takes ages to load. The page times out before anything loads for some of them, and for others they only get a partial page load. Some have reported that if they keep refreshing that they'll sometimes get the page to load completely, and once it does, they can access all of the other CPanel pages at the regular speed, but when they click on "Home" to go to the main CPanel page, it takes ages to load again.

    I have:
    • checked the server load (only 0.1 - 0.5). All websites load quickly as they should.
    • tested both http and https instances of CPanel with the same result (https is a little slower, which is to be expected).
    • tried restarting Apache (no effect on the problem).

I don't know where else I should look for a solution. Could someone point me in the right direction? :(

Does it happen only with reseller accounts or all hosting accounts?

It seems like it's all hosting accounts.

Focus on Server Information Area, it might has few information such as version number, kernel verion and etc. that cPanel could not retrieve, wait until it is time out and display the page.
