My customers transferred their sites about one month ago.
But some of customers of my customer told him they can not see homepage.

I checked server and everything works fine. But some area of osaka cannot view my customer's home page.

Is this problem related with my server or related with their networks?

The only way to really answer this question would be to know the domain in question. It seems unlikely it could be cached data after this long (a month). I have seen instances where one nameserver was updated to the new IP A record and the other nameserver was not updated (so it had the old A record), which would cause intermittent issues with a site resolving to the new location. Without access to the actual domain name, it is hard to speculate what might be happening.

My idea is that the domain be provided for us to check it as I previously suggested.
