Hello, we recently purchased new servers, and when we moved the clients to the new servers, none of the addon domains and some email forwarders stayed. We're running WHM 5.3.0, Cpanel 5.3.0-R29 and Redhat 7.3.

We are now having problems adding them again, they create a DNS Zone for the domainname, create the specific code in the httpd.conf, but it will not create a DOMAINNAME.COM.db file or insert the correct Zone code in the named.conf file.

We have contacted our dedicated server provider to see if they can do anything, and said they're looking into it. Meanwhile, an addon domain that I kept working on, has finally came up. heh. But the others are still down and wont just simply create when using Cpanel.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem, or if anyone has a fix for this.

    Thanks

Similar here. Just moved a client over. None of his add-ons are showing in his CPanel. The names resolve, but no listing in the cpanel. The script /scripts/updateuserdomains did nothing to fix it.
