I use "siteuptime(http://www.siteuptime.com)" to monitor my web server(http://www.maxsource.net). I got "SiteUptime Monthly Report for April 2006". Below is the information in report:
    www.maxsource.net
    Service: maxsource.net
    Outages: 2
    Downtime: 1 hrs, 0 mins
    Uptime: 99.56%

So what is the problem with my web server? What shall i do? Many thanks in advance.

The problem with your webserver was that it was down (or unreachable) twice for a total of an hour. That's about all we can tell from what you've told us.

NB: unreachable means, the server couldn't be reached from the people doing the monitoring. It doesn't actually mean it was down.

it means that twice during the last month the webserver serving your domain was unreachable

    Downtime: 1 hrs, 0 mins

this is the TOTAL time that your web server was not responding

Remember: Your webserver was checked once every half of an hour, so it may have been down anywhere from 10 min to 60 min.

Thanks for your help. BTW, how can i know the error details from "siteuptime" if there is something wrong with my web server? Now i signed up a free account on "siteuptime". Should i get an advance account? I just concern two things:
    1. I want to know there is problem with my web server before i got my client's complaint.
    2. I want to know the problem details when there is something wrong with my webserver.
    3. It would be great if i can get instruction on how to fix the problem when there is someting wrong with my web server.(Optional).
