Is there any guidance anywhere for sizing a db server for CPanel?

    Hello!

I wasn't able to find any guides for a database server specifically, but the cPanel minimum requirements can be found here, which includes disk requirements.

Installation Guide - System Requirements - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

On cPanel servers though, the MySQL databases are stored in /var/lib/mysql. So if you are planning on running mostly mysql databases on the server, you will want to make sure that the /var partition has sufficient space for those.

    Thanks!
