O.k. I want to make my own cPanel skin, can anyone help me find out where to start with this? There doesn't seem to be much in the way of documentation and/or forum discussion on the subject.

I need to get cPanel in keeping with the look & feel of my site.

If you just want to make cPanel look consistent with your website, why not use the branding editor? You can customize the images and the CSS for the X3 theme via the editor then assign this theme to all your clients. This way if there are any improvements to the X3 theme, you do not need to somehow port those improvements over to your custom theme. By using the branding editor, you are using the X3 theme and editing it in a way that will not be overwritten by cPanel/WHM updates.
