Okies, so I figured I'd have a play around and learn how to skin this thing.

I've totally re-written and prettied up "command", done a new image for at the top, and modified the CSS to change the look of a few things.

Now, where do I actually edit the content of the scripts that show up in the right hand window? I can't find them anywhere.

The layout between each page is different, things are all different sizes, some have images in the headers, some don't, I'd like to be able to make all these fit in with each other a lil better and have a fluid look throughout :)
