    Good Afternoon,

I have a small FTP problem...

For some reason, lately, when users log into their FTP they cannot see their root directory.
    I am using ProFTPD 1.2.10

For instance, when they used to log in they would see.

However, now some users don't see anything in their root directory.
    Like this...

New accounts created are not affected by this, and some old users still work fine.
I'm not exactly sure how many are affected, but I know most are.

I have tried several things in order to fix this problem, including...

    Code:
    /scripts/fixcommonproblems
    /scripts/fixeverything
/scripts/fixproftpdconf (renamed the old one first)
    /scripts/ftpput
    /scripts/ftpup
    /scripts/ftpupdate

Restarted FTP from WHM serveral times.
Switched from ProFTPD to PureFTP, then back.

I did notice this is the WS_FTP log a few times
    Code:
"Sorry, can't get listing from [.]"
However that error has since went away after switching from ProFTPD to PureFTP, then back.

Also, in the /var/log/messages/ I seen this error

    Code:
    proftpd: PAM-listfile: Couldn't open /etc/ftpusers
That to, I'm pretty sure has not appeared after switching from Pro to Pure, however the files still do not show in the users FTP.

If anybody has any ideas as to what the problem could be, I would appreciate it.
I submitted a ticket to cPanel support, however I haven't heard a response back.

    Best Regards,
    -Adam
