hi,
what is the load when you do the account creation or deletion, how many hosted domains are on the server, more the accounts larger is the time taken to create/delete the accounts from the server.
server load (during create) 4.52 (1 cpu) sometimes case to restart httpd
server load (during delete) 2.15 (1 cpu)
time of create 2-3 min
time of delete 0.5-1 min
hosted domains (in all reseller accounts) may be 3000 accounts

hi,
3000 domains on a single CPU based server is what i won't recommend.
server taking time in creating/deleting an account is normal with so many active domains.
imagine your httpd.conf file must be around 3MB in size, and every time you perform an action needs to read and re-write such files.
I don't think any such busy server would take shorter time than this in creating or removing accounts.
