    Hello,

Could you provide some more information about where you notice the slowness? Is this when you access cPanel and WHM, your websites, or both? The following thread is a good place to start when troubleshooting load issues or slowness (even if your load is low, it will help you check to the disk I/O and memory usage):

Troubleshooting high server loads on Linux servers

    Thank you.

The slowness is when I access cPanel and WHM.
My RAM memory and CPU usage only 20%
After a few hours this problem have been resolved, my cPanel & WHM can loading fast again.
I don't have idea where the problem come from and how it resolved itself.
    Thank You.

    Hello,

It's possible this was a network issue with your provider's network or your server provider's network. Let us know if you encounter any additional problems.

    Thank you.
