Something wrong with my WHM. it takes very time to create an account. Im stuck at the setting password process. Please check the print screen.

at 1st, i met this issue, and i thought it might have finished created the account and i just ignore the loading and press reload the page. end up i did not see my user's account in the account list. And i tried to create the same domain and username again, end up with error "Domain already exists".
2nd time, i try to create the same domain n username, cpanel doesn't allow me to do so, because of identical username traced. so i changed the username. and it just take forever to create the username again.
Please advise.
