Slow Main Domain

Hi,

I have my main domain and a dev subdomain both running under the same cpanel account, both have the same files, the same database but when i process a form on the main domain its got a 4 second delay to the thank you page, subdomain is super fast.

cant be the code as its the same, also same database.

both runing same php version and mysql. phpinfo() is same both sides

any ideas

Hey there! I always recommend checking the "mysqladmin proc status" command when checking anything related to the database on the system. That will show all active MySQL processes so you can see if anything odd is happening when you run that command. Any slow queries would also be shown there.

You can also check the main MySQL error log to see if there are errors happening that are slowing the query on the main site down.
