Slow restore account

Hi Guys,

On R18264, has anyone else noticed that it takes quite a while to get a SSL certificate installed?

No one else is seeing this issue?

It is taking about 4 minutes for a SSL certificate to install.

I am moving accounts between servers and when it goes to restore the account on the new server(at the part it installs the SSL certificates) it takes about 4 minutes to get past that.

ps aux is showing the following when this is happening:

root 7441 0.0 0.2 21352 10508 ? S Dec09 0:00 cpsrvd - waiting for connections
root 17431 0.0 0.2 21496 12112 ? S 00:22 0:00 \_ whostmgrd - serving xx.xx.xx.xx
root 17433 0.0 0.7 32720 30892 ? S 00:22 0:00 \_ whostmgr2 - copyacct - username (browser ./copyacct
root 17434 0.3 0.4 32960 19728 ? S 00:22 0:01 \_ whostmgr2 - copyacct - username ./copyacct
root 17912 0.1 0.1 10304 7456 ? S 00:26 0:00 \_ /usr/bin/perl /scripts/ensure_includes
root 17913 0.0 0.1 10304 6580 ? S 00:26 0:00 \_ /scripts/ensure_includes - locking /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

Any ideas why this is happening? or how to speed it up?

4 minutes is not a whole lot to wait for an account or two but when you are trying to move a few hundred then it is a problem.

Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: this happens either if you use the copy account function or backup > move backup file > restore.

It seems that the issue is not SSL related but the /scripts/ensure_includes routine is what is taking forever to complete.

It is taking anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes.

It's really bad for users they can't even install the certificate through cpanel it just sits there then says it cannot be done or something along those lines. We've had to setup all the user SSL for the httpd side for them via WHM.
