Some of my customers are reporting slowliness at certain hours in roundcube webmail when they list email messages
Can you suggest me any way for diagnosing this issue?

Hey there! The best things to do would be to monitor the server's load during the times they are reporting the slowness. You can do that with the "top -c" command in SSH as that will show CPU, RAM usage, I/O wait, and the top processes on the machine.

You can also try checking the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file, as that would show any errors on the cPanel side of things.
