    Hello :)

Could you elaborate on what you mean by connecting "with wheel"? Could you provide a specific example?

    Thank you.

    example

    it works

    Incoming Server: omit

    IMAP Port: 993
    POP3 port: 995

    Outgoing Server: omit

    SMTP Port: 465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.

    This does not work

Could you let us know the specific error message you receive? Do you notice any particular output to /var/log/maillog when receiving email fails? If you do not have root access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue.

    Thank you.
