smarthost relay based on mailto DESTINATION address domain?

Is it possible to tell exim on cpanel to relay outgoing mail based on the mailto destination?

ie. send most kinds of email itself but if it's mailto an aol address for example, to use another server for email relay?

We're having blocking issues with a single provider and cannot get off their blocklist.

can you copy the configuration you used here? i refered to the topic you mentioned but it seems its about which smarthost to be used for a hosted domain not destination domain!
