Today a customer opened a call with this problem

I did tests, I sent some emails and it did not give any problems.

Hello,


Based on what you've provided it seems that the recipient server is rejecting the email due to an ACL they have in place. There could be a number of reasons why this specific error message is received. The following thread has some useful information: here Bounce Back 550 Denied by policy

You may also want to request information from the remote server administrator on why specifically the mail was bounced.
