Hi guys, i have a problem with my mails, all the mails any user of the domain replies, are being rejected as follows

but if the same user, creates a new mail from scratch, and add all the recipients again, the mail goes fine; just when we hit "reply" or "reply all" mails are being rejected even using webmail is the same issue.

Any ideas?

Hey there! It looks like this specific message is being blocked by the mail provider based on content. Is there anything specific to the content of that message that could be considered spam? It seems the issue is specifically with the destination you are trying to send to as they mention their is a method to contact their support, so reaching out to them may also be a good plan of action.

I would agree on that, if it was an specific domain sending us mails, or we replying to an specific domain, but thats not the case, because, i have around 20 diferent domains rejecting our mails with the same message. And as I said, if we write a new mail, to all the recipients again instead of replying, it goes out to destination without any problem, even if we attach files, issue is just on the replies, Im getting crazy about this, I cant find any particular reason, we even copied the same subject, and created a new mail with the same subject, and recipients, and it goes fine, everyone receives it.

Thanks for the additional details. We would likely need access to the server experiencing this issue in order to get you more details, but I see your profile indicates you are the site owner and not the root admin of the system. If you do not have root access to the server, can you speak with your host to have them check the security of your account and mail system?

We are facing the same issue, if I write new email then it gets to the destination but if i'm need to reply to the mail then i see the error 552 also, my emails are going on spam for many users. could you please check on this let me know what best can be done to resolve this.

@Openair geomatics - is your error the same as the original poster's? If so, I'd recommend working through our checklist for emails that are ending up in the spam folder:

what happens exactly. I sent a normal message as [email protected] from my Gmail.
The first message arrive successfully, after that when I reply to this message, I receive in both inboxes of Gmail and cPanel

I recived the same error, again and again

This is happening with two emails that I have at the same time and it generates the same error 552

@Rami Mansour - in the message you show, Google thinks your email contains a virus. I'd recommend scanning your server to make sure things are working well and that there are no issues, and you if you don't find anything there you may need to contact Gmail directly using the details they provided in the bounceback to see exactly what they are finding.
