please help, can't sending email from yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc

Please read bounce back message carefully: 162.248.xx.xx, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list; see http://postmaster.yahoo.com/550-bl23.html". This is the reason. Please check spammer on the server and send delist request to yahoo.
