Hello,

I have been trying to send and recieve email on the domain domain.com, I get this error

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
host mail.otherdomain.co [69.195.124.87]: 550-Verification failed for <[email protected]>
550-No Such User Here
550 Sender verify failed
I have looked around on forums and google, couldn't find a working fix.

Thanks,
Hayden.

Hello :)

The remote server is not accepting the email because it's not detecting the email address as valid. Does the email address you are sending from exist on the server? Also, is the domain name possibly added to the remote mail server (it can sometimes be in that servers /etc/localdomains file if it's a server where it was hosted at before).

Thank you.

That turned out to be the issue!
I didn't even think about that. I had it assigned to two cPanels.
Thanks for the help!
