smtp Error

    hello everybody
    i use whmcs script and setup and config smtp on this script and work correctly but when i send mail in this script show me this Error :
    Code:
    Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: test@test.com: Verification failed for  The mail server could not deliver mail to test@test.com.  The  account or domain may not exist, they
    may be blacklisted, or missing  the proper dns entries. Sender verify failed
    notice:test@test.com not correct mail , use this mail on this post for example !
    now i guess have a problem in my server and maybe in exim config or .....
    now how i can fix this problem ?

    Check the dns record for the recipients domain if there is issue with MX and PTR record .

    but i cant understand how use MX and PTR in my server , please say me how can i insert this MX and ptr in my server ?

    Hello
    Login into cpanel. Then go the email Authentication. then enable dkim. If dkim is enable then check the dns. if use remote dns change by mail server dns. Hope issue will be solved

    This problem solved by config of RPF in dns zone in whm server !
