SMTP Error

Any ideas why suddenly one of the domains on our server would not be able
to send any mail through mail.theirdomain.com all was working fine
for them earlier in the day.

My exim_mainlog gives the error message...
03-11 18:28:09 refused relay (host) to &email addy omitted& from &email addy omitted& H=firewall.omitted.com (user) [ip.addy.omitted]

Could be a number of things.....
We have gone over this a few times already on various threads throughout this forum.

Definitely check your syslogging to make sure all is well, and then look at implementing SMTP authorization for your users
