Is there any method that one email account of particular domain can't send email to same recipient in the same second ?

Is it possible to force a time delay. For example my email account user @ domain.com is sending 3-4 emails at same receipient in 1 second. Is there a setting in exim to insert a delay by ex: 10 seconds, as explained above precisely if possible

    Hi Michael,

The link you have provided is not having any relevant information for my question.

    Hello,

To answer your question, no, there are no native features included with cPanel that will allow you to limit the number of emails sent out on a per-recipient and per-second basis. You are welcome to post to the Exim Users Mailing List to see if any other Exim users have implemented a custom ACL for this type of configuration.

    Thank you.
