So I have installed NGIX for apache, Also LiteSpeed for alternative.
I also installed CSF and Mod_Security default.
After that my emails never have been sent, I can receive e-mails from anyone but I cannot send.

    Hello :)

It depends on the method you are using to send emails. For example, does the delivery fail in your email client? Or does it send out successfully and never reach it's destination? The following log file may be helpful if it sends out successfully from your email client:

    Code:
    # /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.

The bounce message you received indicates that Hotmail is blocking mail from your server. They have provided the following URL for more information about why you were blocked:

    Troubleshooting Windows Live Mail

In particular, you were blocked with the code of "550 OU-001".

I provided the location of the log file. You have to use a command to search or view the log file. EX:

    Code:
    # tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog
    # exigrep user@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog

Thank you, also is there a way to prevent my server from sending spam emails?
How do I check if other e-mail providers blocked my IP?
Because in googlemail I got the e-mail.

The instructions are provided in the previous URL provided:

    Troubleshooting Windows Live Mail

In particular, you were blocked with the code of "550 OU-001", so you have to look up that code on the above URL for the removal instructions.

    Thank you.
