We just installed a brand new Cpanel server, and the Non-SSL connection on smtp port 25,26,587 is not working. SSL work fine on all the port.

Maybe it's a new setting somewhere?
I can't find anything work with the exim config...

Can you telnet to the ports at all? If not, what kind of errors are you getting when you try to?

There's always the possibility that your server firewall doesn't have those ports open. If you can provide a hostname or IP to check that might be useful for others to take a look as well.

    Thanks for the reply,
The port is open, and work with SSL connection.

I see that error in the exim maillog

    Hello,

Can you let us know how the outgoing mail server settings are configured in the email client you are using to send email?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I recommend first reaching out to your web hosting provider for help with that issue.

    Thank you.
