    Hi guys,

Just after a few tips as to how to resolve an error for one of my hosted sites.

2sites on the same server and setup using WHM.

I can connect to domain A and send mail however domain B will not send, I keep getting a blocked message in my mail client.

If I telnet in to both I can connect via ports 25&26

This is a really strange one so any tips advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Phil

How are you attempting to send mail specifically? Are you using webmail or an email client? If webmail, which webmail client? If an email client like Thunderbird, MacMail or Outlook, which email client?

    Hi Tristian

Is there some configuration settings I can review?

I would suggest opening up a ticket if you have root SSH access on the machine for us to troubleshoot it. We have Macs in the office to test MacMail to see what might be happening. I would suggest also trying Thunderbird to see if that works for the impacted account.

Does webmail work for the domain that isn't working for MacMail?

Also, please post the exact message you are getting in your email client, since "a blocked message" is not precise.

    Thanks.
