So many Exim Failures !!

Hello,

Everyday I receive exim failure emails. Every now and then exim fails. My clients are shouting at me everyday as they are not able to send mails using smtp of my server. I have already lost a few resellers due to this.

My VPS provider does not support mail server issues. I do not know much about server management.

Kindly help me with step by step instructions, if possible.

it would be helpful if you posted the errors

if you don't know much about server managent then you should get a managed VPS or hire someone to manage for you

When Exim fails does it come back on its own?

Have you checked your resource limits, common ones for problems like this are Privmpages and Numpitent?

You can view these in your VZPP or by typing this in ssh:

cat /proc/user_beancounters
