Can't I do it from Webhost Manager?

    1. Can't I run the s/w from Web Host Manager?

    2. Currently the s/w is in my local machine and not on the server. Where should I upload on the server? I mean which directory?

    Thanks

Dude, just log in with SSH as root, and within /root, lynx to layer1.cpanel.net, highlight want you want to download.... press &D& , and save it to your machine.

Then make it executable to root (chmod 700)
And run the lovely shell script.

That's by far the easiest way to install things from that realm.
