    Hello,

Is the "cpanel-dovecot-solr" service enabled in "WHM >> Service Manager on this system? If it's enabled, please post the output from the following commands:

    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    netstat -npl | grep :8984
    /scripts/restartsrv_base cpanel-dovecot-solr --status
    Thank you.

It looks like you opened ticket number 8909653, however it was closed before we could send a response. Were you able to find a solution to the issue? If not, could you respond to the support ticket to re-open it?

    Thank you.

    The answer is:

Paste the below command (all one line):
    Code:
    /sbin/service cpanel-dovecot-solr stop;su cpanelsolr -c "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ckillall -TERM java";sleep 5;su cpanelsolr -c "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ckillall -KILL java";/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scripts/setup_cpanel_dovecot_fts;/sbin/service cpanel-dovecot-solr start
    Test with:
    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scripts/cpanel_dovecot_solr_maintenance

Or uninstall solr via cPanel Plugins within WHM.
