    Hello,

I would sugguest checking the .htaccess file in your public_html directory or pasting it here for me to further assist you.
Otherwise you will have to contact your host for further assistance.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.

    Hi,

    1) Please paste your .htaccess here ( /home/username/public_html/.htaccess)

    2) Ask your host to check the permission of /home/username/public_html folder.

    Hello,

Make sure that the permission of the public_html folder for your account on the server is set to 750.

    Thanks.
