    Hi,

Since few weeks i have complaines from some of my clients wich can't access their cpanels and/or webmails ( with valid logins ), and their number is increasing

When i try to acces by their logins i can see that, even when changing passwords in WHM, can't acces myself, only by root login

Others reported that they can(t access their webmails, even from cpanel / webmail link, message tellin wrong user or password ...

CSF and cPHulk OK, Ip's allowed

    Any idea ???

    Hello,

Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log at the times when the login attempt fails?

    Thank you.
