Some accounts not in WHM lists - parked Domain?

Hello...

a very strange issue - we have a customer account which are not shown in the account list... furthermore his "normal" domain is shown in "List Subdomains" as parked (<- its not!)... However, also in the "list Parked Domains" this customer with the domain does not show up... (only in "list subdomains")...

How can we fix it, that the domain is shown in the account list?

Furthermore were are the settings for the parked domains in the system - maybe we have to fix it manually...

Go on, have a guess
The first thing to try would be:

/scripts/updateuserdomains

And then check that the users account file is correct in /var/cpanel/users/account
