    Hello,
in my cpanel file manager, in the MAIL folder i have these folders:
    1. courierimapkeywords
    2. new
    3. cur
    4. tmp
    5. domain.com

And inside my DOMAIN.COM i have folders like info, sales etc. and in each of these folders:
    1. courierimapkeywords
    2. new
    3. cur
    4. tmp

What is the difference between the folders (new, cur, tmp etc) of my MAIL folder with the folders (new, cur, tmp etc) of each account?

Why some emails are stored in my MAIL->new folder and are not deleted?

    Thank you in advance
    Best regards
    Konstantinos

Messages in new are messages that have been received but not yet read. Cur means they have been received and read by a mail client. Tmp, as expected, stores messages that are being processed for delivery.

"Why some emails are stored in my MAIL->new folder and are not deleted?"
    >> If you are connecting to your mail via POP, likely they won't get moved server side. If you are connecting via IMAP or webmail, deleted emails usually get moved to trash, unless you've specified otherwise in your settings.

These emails are stored in MAIL->NEW folder, but in the client side, no new messages are received. The mail is connected to my mail via POP, not IMAP.

You're only going to see messages move from new to cur if you connect via IMAP from a mail client, or webmail.
