Some IP's are not responding anymore, others work

Yesterday our web host (communitech) disconnected our server and relocated it. When it came back online, it seems that the nameservers didn't work any more. Still till now, the box which is at the same time a primary name server doesn't work.

I have also found out that two IP's on the box which are assigned to two virtual hosts work fine, all the other IP's don't reply if I test them with a ping.

Any idea where the problem might be? I have checked the network interface, they are all there and up.

The hosts file is more or less empty, but I am not sure if that isn't the way it should be, as I have no backup from before:

    Code:
    # that require network functionality will fail.
    # Do not remove the following line, or various programs
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    209.15.85.85 host.yakuzagames.com host yakuzagames.com
    root@host [~]#

(anyway, adding hostnames and IP's there didn't help)

I am not sure if this is related to the web hosting company physically moving the server. I have upgraded to WHM 6 about 14 days ago, and never restarted the machine. Now they did.

I have also upgraded to the latest version of WHM yesterday, to make sure it's not a known bug, but no change.

My two nameservers ns.yakuzagames.com and ns2.yakuzagames.com also don't respond, also not if I use the IP address to ping them.

This is a pritty bad situation, since it is weekend and the nice people at cpanel.net are not working, as well as the people at our web host are not working.

If anyone some hints where I should look at, please let me know. If a specialist reads this and is willing to work for a while on the server for a appropriate fee, to get everything up and running with whm/cpanel, then please also let me know.

    Thanks
    Alex

    ns2 works for me
    and so is your domain.
ns. its not working but that seems to come from your server.
you can try to reload it.
