Some of email address cannot get email from mailing list ...

    Hi,

    I have a cpanel11 and I ran one domain on that. Also I have Mailman for distributing email. recently I am going to move clients from my mail server "exim" to Office 365 Exchange. As you know it should happened gradually, so now half of the users are on the exim and half of them are on Microsoft 365.
    Everything works fine. But the problem is that when I add someone's email address to one mailing list "Mailman", he cannot receive the email from that mailing list. But he receive from other mailing list or directly !!!!:confused:

    I have restarted my mailman services and rebooted the server but it's the same.

    I appreciated if you guys help me.

    Hello :)

    Please search for the email address or message subject directly in /var/log/exim_mainlog. EX:

    Code:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Do you notice any failures or problems with the message in question?
